Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting and purchasing the Summer Momentum Membership Promotion through our portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase and use of the membership constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. Membership Period
The Summer Momentum Membership Promotion program runs from July 7, 2025, through September 30, 2025. This is a limited-time seasonal membership offering.
3. Proration Policy
Members who sign up for the Summer Momentum Membership Promotion after the 1st of the promotional month will receive prorated pricing based on the remaining days of the current month. The prorated amount will be calculated from the date of purchase through the end of that month, with subsequent months billed at the full monthly rate of $50.
4. Membership Benefits
Your Summer Momentum Membership Promotion includes:
• Access to the designated coworking open space during regular operating hours
• Use of common areas and amenities as specified in facility guidelines
• Wi-Fi, coffee, snacks, and basic office utilities
• Community networking opportunities
• Additional benefits as outlined in your membership package
5. Membership Termination
The Summer Momentum Membership Promotion automatically expires on September 30, 2025. No action is required from members for termination at the end of the program period.

6. Post-Program Membership Option
Upon completion of the Summer Momentum program on September 30, 2025, members will have the exclusive opportunity to:
• Transition to a regular open space membership
• Receive special pricing of $100 per month (regularly $125 per month)
• This special pricing offer is available only to Summer Momentum members
7. Payment Terms
• Promotional monthly membership fee is $50 per month
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month during the membership period
• First month payment (or prorated amount) is due at the time of membership purchase
• Membership operates on a month-to-month basis through September 30, 2025
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these terms
8. Facility Rules and Conduct
Members must:
• Comply with all facility rules and regulations
• Respect other members and staff
• Use facilities responsibly and maintain cleanliness
• Follow all posted guidelines and safety protocols
9. Liability and Insurance
• Members use facilities at their own risk
• The facility is not responsible for personal property damage or loss
• The facility reserves the right to limit liability as permitted by law
10. Privacy and Data Protection
• Personal information collected during signup will be used solely for membership administration
• Member data will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Contact information may be used for membership-related communications
11. Modifications to Terms
The facility reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the membership after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Cancellation Policy
• Summer Momentum memberships are non-refundable
• Members may discontinue use at any time but will not receive refunds for unused portions
• In exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be considered at management's discretion
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this membership agreement will be resolved through:
• First, good faith negotiation between the parties
• If necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with local laws
• Jurisdiction shall be in the location of the coworking facility
By purchasing the Summer Momentum Cowork Membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
